Their job will involve mainly kitchen-related duties: cleaning, making and serving food.

Appendix 1

Appendix 1 is the application Sebastian Knowles made for the advertised job.  His letter is polite and emphasizes the traits that make him suitable for the job: hard worker, experience with elders and vocational training in Nutrition and Hygiene. The applicant also notes that his privileged life has made him think of others less fortunate, such as the elders.
